Dr. Tornyi Róbert

The founder of Tornyi Law Firm, dr. Tornyi Róbert has almost 15 years’ experience on the field of banking and financial law, corporate issues and real estate law. He has participated in preparing, drafting and negotiating more than a hundred project financing and structured financing documentation for numerous Hungarian banks, and has prepared documentations for many venture capital investments for more significant venture capital funds and accelerators.

His experience covers establishing financial service providers, institutions, and providing advisory services for their compliance and regulative issues.

• He graduated in 2000 at law faculty of ELTE (Budapest) with summa cum laude
• In 2002 earned the banking consultant qualification from Institute for Training and Consulting in Banking
• In 2005 earned diploma in EU law at law faculty of ELTE (Budapest)

He is member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2004.
